Our specialist residential care placements offer individualised care and support for adults living with a diagnosis of learning disability, autism, and mental health difficulties, in a homely environment that promotes good health and wellbeing, conducive to reablement, independence and social inclusion.

Our residential placements sit in the heart of Manchester with easy access to local bus routes and train stations. The surrounding areas boost with local amenities within walking distance such as GP Surgery, local shops, local parks, and fitness centres.

Our residential care service team, work in partnership with the NHS, local authority and community mental health and learning disability teams to ensure an enhanced package of care is provided for our residents in a calm and homely environment. We are proud to call our accommodation a home-to-home placement due to the homely and conducive atmosphere it provides.

 Our residential care accommodations come with good sized garden, ensuite bedrooms with large windows. Each bedroom is furnished with a single wardrobe, a lockable bedside cabinet, an easy chair, and a television set. A nurse call bell is fitted in each bedroom. Residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms if they so wish. The services provide a great deal of privacy, and all staff are trained to ensure residents human rights and dignity are maintained always.

Each residential care placement has provision for educational needs of our residents either in a group or 1:1 session through our local community liaison, should any resident want to embark on achieving social skills in education which includes numeracy and other subjects of their choice.

The activities we provide are person centred in consideration with our resident’s choices, likes and dislikes as well as their strength in archiving their set goals. Our residents are engaged in promoting and improving their functional and social skills which in turn improves their activities of daily living skills, self-esteem, and self-empowerment with the goal of gaining more independence and autonomy.
